I am a photographer based at Nesodden, Norway.

I became a photographer rather late in life and my work, so far, is mainly to portrait musicians. I enjoy telling the story of the band, or the musician, rather than focusing on concerts. Musicians are hardworking artists and there are a lot of parallels between photography and performing music. I find it both challenging and extremely rewarding to work with musicians. Poor light, late nights and low budgets are the normal settings. I work in Norway, Sweden and in Spain.

Since the beginning of 2012 I have experimented with art photography and have produced two collections together with a Norwegian poet. The first collection is based on the title “The return to why you were here in the first place” and the second collection is titled “The divine setting of life is nothing, what did you do in between?” This is a path I really enjoy and new projects are under development.
